Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delivery delays through FedEx. If you experience a delivery problem due to a FedEx delay, contact us at 1-877-777-BAGEL in order to gather all the necessary information to pursue your claim with FedEx.
* FedEx will not acquire accountability for delays due to inclement weather conditions.
** If you are sending a BagelBiz.com package as a gift, we encourage that you give the receiver(s) notice that there will be a package arriving at their destination. BagelBiz.com will not be held responsible if the package(s) are delivered on time, and the recipient(s) are not available.
Example: You send a package to an office, and the intended recipient left early to go on vacation and doesn't return until the following week.
